We are committed to build TODAY a world that will work TOMORROW

Sustainability

Sustainability is an overarching ethos at Strix and whilst led from the top, it requires equal determination and commitment at all levels of the organisation.
Strix is headquartered in the ISLE of MAN, a UNESCO designated BIOSPHERE and World Heritage Site, which makes us even more committed to truly putting sustainability at the core of our business.

We are dedicated to designing appliances that offer simple sustainable solutions to reduce water and energy waste.

From our kettle control devices, which save approximately 5 billion kg C02 a year, to our water portfolio, which helps replace 580 million single use plastic bottles a year, and our commitment to achieving a Net Zero Scope 1 & 2 emissions by 2023.

OUR COMMITMENT TO ACHIEVING NET ZERO BY 2023

Net zero emissions achieved in 2023 as part of a broad sustainability commitment.

Strix achieved its ambitious net zero scope 1&2 target in 2023 with a reduction in emissions of 95% over two years and investment to supply 10% of our requirements from our own solar infrastructure.

Our efforts stretch over multiple aspects of the business such as waste, health & safety, and diversity. We also encourage other stakeholders, such as the wider community, suppliers and customers, to join us on our journey.
